Description
The Moldova Energy Projects Implementation Unit (MEPIU) has received financing from Agence Française de Développement (AFD), acting as Lead Co-financier, and from the Government of Germany through the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), via KfW, acting as non-lead Co-financier, for the implementation of the Initiative to Nurture Sustainable Public Infrastructure through Renovations for Energy Efficiency (INSPIREE) Project.
Under this financing, the Client launched a Request for Proposals (RFP) procedure for consultancy services for the Project Implementation Consultant (PIC). The assignment aims to provide technical, procurement, financial management, contract management, monitoring and other implementation support services required for the effective implementation of the INSPIREE Project, in accordance with the Terms of Reference and Scope of Services set out in the Contract.
Following the procurement and evaluation process, the contract was awarded to the Joint Venture of iC consulenten Ziviltechniker GesmbH (Austria), Tetra Tech International Development Services, Inc. / Tetra Tech (USA), and CES clean energy solutions GmbH (Austria), with iC consulenten Ziviltechniker GesmbH acting as the Lead Member.
