Was appointed interim Director of MEPIU in May 2023. With over 20 years of experience in energy companies and project management across the Republic of Moldova and the wider region, he brings a strong expertise in the energy sector, including natural gas, electricity, and district heating. He has coordinated international projects focused on energy efficiency, CO₂ emissions reduction, and the modernization of district heating infrastructure. Additionally, he has extensive experience in economic analysis, financial management, and climate change policy.
