Who can apply? The program is open to women who meet the following criteria:
Are at least 18 years old
Are in their final year of undergraduate or master’s studies in engineering (any specialization)
Are graduates (within the past 3 years) of university programs or centers of excellence in engineering or other STEM-related fields
Have not previously worked in the energy sector or are seeking a professional transition into the field
Whether you're just starting out or looking for a new direction — this program is for you!
Prepare Your Application – You Will Need:
An up-to-date CV
A copy of your academic diploma or certificate of studies
Write 300–500 words on the topic: “Why I want to work in the energy sector, why I am passionate about engineering, and how this internship will shape my career.”
(Optional) A recommendation letter from a professor or academic supervisor
